Free movement and breathwork on Shoreham beach - everyone welcome!!!Join us by the swimmers area opposite Ferry Road entrance, on the beach in front of the two benches.
You will not be able to miss us, if you do then follow the crowd and music.
Bring something to sit / lie on and your swimmers if you are going in.
Also join us for a cuppa after.
This is a free event and everyone is welcome.
