WITHIN - A one day somatic group process of ritual and self-discovery

This is an invitation to spend a day in deep somatic exploration within a small and intentional group.​

To arrive in the Body

Together, we will come home to the body—into the bones, the muscles, the cells, and the inner sensations that connect us to our most authentic selves.​

To honour the Season

As we gather, we will soften into the darkness of the season, honouring the natural cycles that mirror our own. This is a space to meet the full spectrum of who we are—our shadows, our pain, our courage, and the quiet brilliance of our loving essence.​

The Circle

In this intimate container of six people—four participants and two therapists—you will each embark on your own journey while being held with compassion and presence. Through body and breathwork and a supportive energetic frequency we will explore what it truly means to be alive and human, within ourselves and in relationship to others.​

Returning to Self

It is for those longing to reconnect with who they are outside of their work identity, their family dynamic and their expectations of themselves.

​Showing Up Fully

We gather so we can show up more fully—truer, braver, and more compassionate in who we are and how we live. This is a space to connect and be held, to witness and be witnessed, to move and to express, to encounter both tenderness and transformation.​

Integrating the Experience

This single day together is a small but potent moment in time. What we cultivate here will then weave back into our daily lives, nurturing how we connect with loved ones, how we are able to show up for ourselves and our wider communities.

This work is for you if you are ready to turn toward yourself with curiosity, courage, and care—to inhabit your wholeness, to meet fully the light and dark within so that you may meet the complexity of the world with your whole self.​

• Anyone drawn to embodied practices and willing to explore the deeper terrain of being human in community.

This carefully held, trauma-informed space, is supported by practitioners with over 30 years’ collective experience in somatic therapy, mental health, and personal transformation work. This is both Cat Moyle and Karen De Souza.

Date: Saturday 24th January 2026 10:30am to 5pm (arrival between 10:15-10:30 with a 10:30am start)
‍Cost: £185- A 1 week cancellation policy applies.

Lunch is included in the cost, which is likely to be a vegetarian soup, there will be tea and snacks provided for the day.

The total participants will be 6 and 2 therapists. Bookings close 17th January 2026.
