Breathe, Move and connect your Mind and body with this relaxing yet empowering antenatal class which offers a unique blend of Active Birth Antenatal Education, Pregnancy yoga, Hypnobirthing, Breathing techniques, Relaxation and the chance to connect with other pregnant people as well as preparing for your calm and positive birth.Whether this is your first or subsequent pregnancy, this is the perfect class to take time out for you, to prepare your mind and body for your confident and positive birth, however you choose to birth your baby. This class is suitable for pregnant people only from 14 weeks of pregnancy, right through to your baby’s birthing day, and will run to a 6 week term. Each class is 1.5 hours long with time to chat, ask questions and to connect with other members of the class.
