You’re invited into a cozy, heart-centered evening of connection, presence, and gentle embodiment. Flow From the Heart is a gender-inclusive space designed to help you soften, open, and return home to yourself.

We’ll begin with a cacao opening ceremony, using this ancient plant medicine to gently awaken the heart and set intentions. From there, we’ll move into slow, heart-opening yoga, inviting fluidity, breath, and intuitive movement—no experience needed.

The evening will close with a deeply nourishing sound bath, allowing the vibrations to integrate and carry you into rest and resonance.
