Join us for a special event where you can flow, breathe, and hang out with our adorable furry pups! Whether you're a yogi or just looking to relax and have fun, Flow & Paws is the perfect way to relax, unwind and connect with fellow dog lovers.

Time: 2pm- 3pm

• 2pm - 3pm Yoga Session
• After yoga, mingle and take photos with the pups!!

About the teacher

Roni teaches Hatha, Restorative, Pranayama, Alignment and Chair Yoga for years.

This class focuses on breath, mobility, and hip opening. She loves sharing the insights she has gathered along the way in her yoga path, with great company and cute puppies.
