Join us for a morning flow and restore yoga session led by Katie — we're so happy to be partnering with her, as her values align closely with what Girls Lift Girls is all about: creating a safe space to move, connect, and show up for yourself and each other. Hopefully the first of many sessions together. 🤍

Expect a grounding, feel-good practice for all levels, plus some goodies at the end courtesy of our friends at Drink Zyn.
