Join for our very first Flourish & Flow class!The Flourish Mom Co. is a new Rochester-based community all about supporting moms through self-care, movement, and meaningful connection (because motherhood isn’t meant to be done alone).

Come roll out your mat with Lindsey Mease for an hour of gentle yoga—a slow, relaxing flow designed to help you breathe deeper, release tension, and reset your busy mom mind. No yoga experience needed, just bring yourself and a little willingness to unwind.

At the end of class, settle into savasana while Lea Manilla from Better Days Wellness guides you into deeper relaxation with an acupuncture treatment designed to reset your nervous system and invite full-body calm. Four gentle points on the hands and feet help release stagnant energy, melt away stress, and reduce cortisol levels leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
