Experience the weightlessness and support of the Yoga Hammock while the sound resonates around your whole body.The Yoga Hammocks are soft, supportive and elegant. We will journey through numerous restorative poses from the head down to the toes then end by being engulfed by the comfort of the fabric with a range of healing sounds and melodic tones.
This event is open to ALL so don't worry if you've never done Aerial Yoga before or haven't been to a sound journey , this will be a wonderful and new way to experience both amazing practices for the body, mind and spirit.
