About this Event

I am offering ongoing one-on-one fitness lessons for women.


Techniques involve track runners warm ups, dance fitness movements, repitition exercises, sit ups, push ups, strength building.


We provide FREE water bottles. You can also bring your water along.


Bookings by reservation only! Please confirm your reservation.


Please note: There is a fee for the training of $30 per person (you are welcome to register with someone else, just make sure to reserve the right amount of tickets). Payment is taken at the training.


**RESERVATIONS: Must be made at least 2 days prior to the date the you plan to come for your training. This calender is not always updated in time, so please allow some grace period. No same day bookings.


Location: To be emailed upon confirmation (Within Harvest Hills/Country Hills Community)

Duration of each training: 1 hour

Training Fee: $30

FREE water.
