Rooftop Yoga in YYC!
About this Event
Come join us for at High Park for our first 2026 Rooftop Yoga!
We can't wait for some time with the community with an hour long yoga flow on the rooftop with Lindsay Rattee from Hotshop!
The music will be pumping, and the good vibes will be flowing.
Please arrive 15 minutes early, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, and get ready for some Summer memory making!
At the end of the class we will have a tasty protein snack from Fit Kitchen, and a refreshing beverage.

We are so excited to have Lindsay teach this class! She started teaching with Hotshop about five years ago, and since then she’s become a go-to for those feel-good, grounding flows (with the best playlists, might I add). She’s a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher and has her Trauma-Informed Teaching Certification
You might’ve stretched with her at a Y.D.N. event, on a rooftop, at the Redbull Wings for Life run, or at one of the many charity classes she teaches throughout the year for local causes. Whether it’s your first down dog or your hundredth, she’s the kind of teacher who makes you feel totally at ease.
