We will talk about the principles behind the process and its historical significance in food preservation and flavor development. As always, we will sample a variety of fermented foods and beverages to experience their unique flavors in a friendly environment where you’ll meet folks who share your interests and curiosity. Lots of smiles and some good laughs are guaranteed.
All materials and ingredients needed for the workshop activities will be provided and you’ll bring home your own fermented goodies.
Class fee is $45.
