We invite you to a special Italian cultural evening featuring the film Pranzo di Ferragosto, a subtle and warmly humorous portrait of everyday life in Rome during the Ferragosto holiday period. Set in the heart of summer, the story unfolds around unexpected encounters, generational dynamics, and the quiet poetry of ordinary moments when the city slows down and traditions take center stage.

The screening will be in Italian with subtitles, making it accessible for all levels while offering an authentic linguistic experience.
The film is rooted in the atmosphere of Ferragosto, one of Italy’s most iconic summer celebrations, when cities empty, families travel, and food and shared time become central cultural elements.
After the screening, participants will join a guided conversation in Italian led by Rosa, designed to practice vocabulary, discuss themes from the film, and encourage natural speaking in a relaxed setting.
