Family Yoga Class Fall 2026

Participate in fun, themed classes with opportunities to move, stretch, breathe, and rest--with lots of giggles.
Classes are led by Danielle Beiling MPH, a Ballard mom of two and certified children’s yoga instructor.
Register in advance so I can plan an appropriate class for your family:

New students are required to email liability waiver to [email protected].

Class is in the Red Room, down the stairs OR through the playground.
Arrive at 10:15AM to settle in before class.
Yoga squares will be available for participants.
Bring your favorite yoga supplies (mat and supports such as blocks, strap, etc.)
$20 for each child & caregiver pair, $10 to add an additional child (sibling or buddy discount), $35 for a family of 4. Payment is due upon arrival via cash or venmo.
