Join Natalia, a certified Holden Qi Gong Instructor and Health Coach, for a restorative and inspiring Qi Gong practice held weekly at Viva Arts in The Junction, West Seattle.
Starting October 6, our midday class returns indoors — a warm, welcoming studio space to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner rhythm through a gentle movement practice designed to release stress, enhance vitality, and bring you back to center.
✨ In these sessions, you’ll experience:
- Gentle, Flowing Movements: Activate your energy with easy, flowing sequences that promote relaxation, flexibility, and strength.
- Breathwork & Visualization: Calm the nervous system, expand your awareness, and deepen your presence through guided breath and imagery.
- Emotional & Physical Renewal: Learn tools to transform stress into vitality and feel grounded, energized, and uplifted.
- Holistic Integration: Natalia incorporates wisdom from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Bioneuroemoción®, and health coaching to support balance and well-being on all levels.
