About this Event
Join us for nature-themed story time on the Shipman Terrace at Tregaron!
Beth Fotheringill -- the beloved librarian at John Eaton Elementary School for over 20 years -- will be reading beautifully illustrated, immersive books for a pre-K through 2nd grade audience (with siblings of other ages welcome to attend).
Please register the NUMBER OF CHILDREN who will be attending. Children must be accompanied by an adult, but adults do not need to register.
We will meet at the Klingle Road entrance to Tregaron Conservancy. (GPS address: 3031 Klingle Road NW.) There is no on-site parking. Street parking is available nearby. A map and details on visiting Tregaron are here.
Please note that there are no on-site restrooms; the nearest restrooms are at Starbucks on Connecticut Avenue NW across from the National Zoo. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
This event is free. We hope you will consider making a donation to support our year-round nature walks and help us maintain our historic urban parkland here.
