Your official game ticket will be transferred to you via the MLB Ballpark App prior to the game.

To ensure a smooth transfer process:

• Please download the MLB Ballpark App in advance.
• Use the same email address on Eventbrite checkout that is connected to your MLB Ballpark account.
• Your ticket will be sent to whatever email you checkout on Eventbrite with.
• Your ticket will be sent digitally before game day.
• You will scan your MLB Ballpark ticket at Nationals Park for entry.

If you do not already have an MLB Ballpark account, please create one using the same email used for your Eventbrite purchase.

This helps us transfer tickets quickly and avoids delays at the gate.
