It might not surprise you, but it has been proven in research that children of active parents are more likely to be active! Lululemon Newport and local Physical Therapists at NPT Healthworks are teaming up to bring you a Family Fitness event for the whole family. Bring your kids, parents, grandparents, caretakers, nanny's, cousins, friends and join us for a morning of movement. We will meet at the Lululemon store, and travel around to 3-4 different nearby parks where a local fitness or health/wellness professional will lead a short movement based workout. After you complete all 3-4 locations, we will reconvene back at the store for a social provided by a local establishment. All levels, ages, and abilities are welcome to attend. Grab the stroller, and let's get moving together!
