The last exhale of summer, and we're celebrating together!

Outdoor Yoga SF and Ever Dance Fitness are teaming up for a Fall Equinox gathering that's equal parts yoga and dance party. Half grounding, half absolutely letting loose.

We'll start with beach yoga flow to gently wake up your body and breath and invites you to soak in this nature ritual and final golden days of the year. The ocean air, the soft September light, the feeling of calm gorgeous days of warmth in SF.

Then Summer from Ever takes the lead and we turn it up with a joy-filled dance party group fitness class! Meeting this beautiful turning point with movement, gratitude, and the kind of aliveness that summer gave us all summer long. Summer will guide accessible, FUN choreo that has everyone smiling and in big joy every time. It's a little bit sacred, a little bit sweaty, and full of joy!
