Taught by two local doulas, this workshop will cover birth planning, medical advocacy, and a realistic first week postpartum.

Dezanae Boston-Bernier: : An educator by nature, and the owner of Empowered Birth LLC, Dezanae is a trained Birth Doula and Lactation Community Educator. Dezanae believes it is an honor to speak life over expecting parents, to hold them through their weakest and strongest moments, and to elevate their voice. She is sure to provide peace of mind through education about the birthing process. Because everyone deserves an Empowered Birth.
Kendra Edwards: As a Full-Spectrum Doula who specializes in Fertility, Birth, Postpartum, and Advoacy support, it is my job to empower my clients with evidence based information, promote autonomy, and assist in creating a harmonious transition for new and growing families. With over 200+ unique birth specific hours under my belt, each client relationship is highly curated to best suit the birthers needs
