This class for youth with FASD is designed to promote physical fitness & overall well-being in a supportive, inclusive environment!
About this Event

The FASD Network of Saskatchewan is thrilled to announce our continued partnership with Synergy Strength & Sports Therapy for the third year of the Exercise and Strength Training Class for Youth with FASD!
We are inviting youth aged 12 to 18 years, with FASD (either diagnosed or undiagnosed), to join this empowering program.
The classes will start on September 21st, and will be held weekly in Saskatoon at Synergy Strength & Sports Therapy (103 Marquis Ct #112, Saskatoon, SK) from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Best of all, there is no cost to participate in the program!
We look forward to helping youth build strength, confidence, and connections through this fantastic opportunity.
