The second of a series of intimate conversations in a cozy neighbourhood cafe that unpacks the health and wellness topics we can’t stop hearing about but have yet to fully understand.

Unlike the never ending stream of wellness podcasts, Instagrams, Tiktoks and substacks, ETAI gives the community a chance to engage in real, small conversations with industry experts.
