About this Event
Hike Sesh! - Full Moon in Central Park
gather for a special urban walk in Central Park, followed by time to sit, snack, write in our journals + admire plants, birds + other outdoor kin.
this walk will be quite slow and a SAFE pace for all bodies. we're looking to walk for about 30 minutes, for 1 mile.
a "day of pack" list will be emailed to participants and sent at keast 24 hours before our walk.
*if you are physically unable to traverse the terrain in the park, but would still like to participate, vanessa will send you a special email full of information about the kin in the park + ways to engage, honor + support the ecosystem there.
this is a free event, however, donations are accepted + appreciated!
