Entheobreath & Kava

ENTHEOBREATH is a transformative healing technique that allows you to travel deep into the subconscious mind which contains all of the stored information of everything you have ever experienced. It holds the "programs" that control the way you think, what you believe, the way you feel, act and react. These programs affect your goals and dreams and whether you can achieve them or not.

ENTHEOBREATH can clear any limiting beliefs and trauma stored there so you can live to your fullest potential.

We will share in a heart opening KAVA ceremony before our experience and KAVA will also be offered after to ground us in our integration process.

Please dress in comfortable clothing for you will be lying down for a 45 minute breathwork experience. Bring an eye mask (one will be provided for use if you don't have), journal, pen and an open heart.

Rachelle has shared kava throughout the United States and in numerous other countries through ceremony, workshops, and pop up kava bars, providing knowledge about the kava roots medicinal, social, and spiritual benefits.

Her passion for kava shines through her line of hand-crafted kava products that provide direct access to its multitude of medicinal and health benefits including the treatment of anxiety and depression. She received her 200hr Yoga and meditation training at Yoga Alliance certified Luminous Heart Institute in Costa Rica in 2019. As well as a certification in Buti, a more modern approach of combining yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Rachelle is combining a myriad of ancient and modern tools through the most recent creation of Ohana Retreats. She is dedicated to creating expansive gatherings with women and for women.
