En Plein Air: Painting in Marie Curtis Park

Hop on your bike (or meet us at the end point) for a fun and leisurely ride with facts, followed by an outdoor en plein air painting lesson.

Enjoy a relaxing evening painting with acrylics while the serene sounds of a the lake's waves and swaying willow trees immerse you in the very nature you paint. Set up at your provided easel for an outdoor painting session led by artist Steven Twigg (steventwigg.ca). Whether you are a total novice holding a brush for the first time or experienced, relax and enjoy with painting guidance tailored to your skill level. At the end, you'll take home your very own painting.
We'll meet at the beach entrance and find something new to paint each time.

What is Included

• Complete Art Setup: Premium paints, a canvas, brushes, and an easel are all provided and set up for you.

What You Need to Bring

• Comfortable Clothing: Wear something you don't mind getting a stray drop of paint on.
• Water & Sun Protection: Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, along with sunscreen and a hat.
