What to Expect:
Our day begins with an introduction to the team, sponsors, and purpose behind everyday personal protection. Our workshop will reflect a blend of educational and hands-on practice. We will overview situational awareness (what to be aware of in everyday settings to heighten your security) and improvised weapons (what everyday items can be used in your personal arsenal). We will rotate in small teams to ensure personalized training and proficiency throughout all modules. Feel free to wear athleisure casual attire to ensure your comfortability for both seated and mobile training. We will provide light breakfast bites and coffee!
