Gentle yoga movement, breathwork and meditation practices to support women’s hormonal and emotional balance as we journey together through this natural season of life.
Each month we’ll explore a different theme in our class.
These small-group classes (5 spaces only) include time for sharing with others, and create a space where we can embrace and accept our changing bodies.
No previous yoga experience needed.
Comfy clothes, a bottle of water and a blanket recommended, mats are available at the studio.
