We'll flow through slow, intentional asana practice guided by Prithvi (the Earth element) that invites your body to ground and settle at its own pace. There's no pressure to perform or achieve - simply allow yourself to move with presence, releasing tension and anchoring your energy. As your feet find their foundation, your entire system begins to stabilise, and a deep sense of inner strength awakens within.

💚 Healing Energy: Support & Restoration
As we transition into deeper stillness, you'll be held in the gentle healing energy of Reiki. Energy is invited to move through your body and chakras, evoking a profound sense of support, safety, and stability. This is an invitation to feel held by the Earth beneath you, to restore balance, and to cultivate trust in your own solid foundation.

🎵 Sacred Sound: Anchor & Receive
We close by chanting sacred Sanskrit accompanied by harmonium - an ancient invitation to anchor your energy and deepen your sense of groundedness. Offer your voice if called, or simply receive the resonance as it settles you, restores calm to your nervous system, and reconnects you with the steady strength within.
