✨ ECSTATIC DANCE FORT LAUDERDALE ✨
Move Freely. Breathe Deeply. Feel Alive.
CACAO CEREMONY • BREATHWORK • ECSTATIC DANCE • SOUND BATH
Join us for an immersive evening of movement, music, connection, and authentic self-expression, guided by Erik “Guru” Lieux of Shamanic Tonic and Jaret Brooks of Vibration Integration.
More than just a dance party, this is an invitation to step outside your everyday routine, reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and experience the freedom of simply being yourself.
Together, we’ll journey through ceremonial cacao, conscious breathwork, ecstatic dance, and an immersive sound bath, creating space for exploration, expression, connection, and renewal.
🍫 CEREMONIAL CACAO | Erik “Guru” Lieux
We’ll begin by gathering in community and sharing a heart-centered cacao ceremony featuring the signature ceremonial cacao elixir from Shamanic Tonic.
Through intention setting, mindfulness, and connection, Erik will guide you into a space of presence, gratitude, and openness, creating a beautiful foundation for the journey ahead.
Crafted with cacao, botanicals, and functional mushrooms, Shamanic Tonic’s signature elixir brings a rich and delicious dimension to this shared ritual.
🌬️ GUIDED BREATHWORK | Jaret Brooks
Jaret will lead an immersive breathwork experience, inviting you to move out of your head and into your body.
Through conscious breathing, gentle guidance, and intentional awareness, you’ll be encouraged to release tension, explore your inner landscape, and create space for greater clarity, connection, and emotional freedom.
An opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself before stepping onto the dance floor.
🎶 ECSTATIC DANCE | DJ Shamanic Tonic
Then we dance!
Erik will take you on a carefully curated musical journey, weaving together organic rhythms, tribal percussion, melodic soundscapes, deep bass, and uplifting electronic grooves.
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement experience. There are no choreographed steps, no expectations, and no right or wrong way to move.
Dance wildly. Move gently. Close your eyes. Express yourself. Or simply be present and allow the music to move through you.
This is your dance, your expression, your experience.
🔔 IMMERSIVE SOUND BATH | Erik & Jaret
As the musical journey comes to a close, Erik and Jaret will come together to facilitate an immersive sound bath, guiding the group from movement into stillness.
Through a beautiful interplay of resonant instruments, therapeutic sound, and soothing vibrations, you’ll be invited to relax, reflect, and integrate the evening’s experiences.
A moment to surrender to stillness, reconnect with your inner world, and simply BE.
🌀 THE THREE GUIDELINES OF ECSTATIC DANCE
To create a welcoming, intentional, and immersive environment, we honor three simple guidelines:
👣 NO SHOES — Dance barefoot and feel the connection between your body and the earth. Socks are welcome if needed.
💧 NO ALCOHOL — This is a substance-free experience. Come as you are, fully present and naturally yourself.
🤫 NO TALKING — The dance floor is a space for nonverbal expression. Let movement, music, and energy become your language. Conversations can happen outside the dance space.
These guidelines help create a space where everyone can feel comfortable exploring movement, expression, and connection without distraction or judgment.
💫 WHAT MAKES THIS EXPERIENCE SPECIAL?
It’s a thoughtfully woven journey from stillness into movement and back into stillness.
An opportunity to connect with yourself, meet like-minded people, explore authentic expression, and celebrate the simple joy of being alive.
Whether you’re an experienced ecstatic dancer or stepping onto the dance floor for the very first time, you are welcome exactly as you are.
No dance experience necessary. No expectations. Just come with an open mind, a curious heart, and a willingness to explore.
