About this Event

This class at the Pride Center will offer a 1 hour guided meditation practice for all levels. Each class will introduce a new aspect of meditation. You are invited to join at your pace, to delve into self care and provide yourself with a path for your body, mind and spirit connection.
This is a chair (seated) meditation class.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated in the class.
Classes are free and donations to the instructor will be accepted at the event but are not required. Class is for adults over 18 years old.
