About this Event
If event is sold out, class dates will not be listed. However, walk-ins are welcome if space is available. There is no waitlist. To see other Pride Center offerings, click here.
The classes at the Pride Center will offer a 1 hour guided yoga flow for all levels. You are invited to join yoga at your pace, to delve into self care and provide yourself with a path for your body, mind and spirit connection.
We have a limited number of mats available onsite so if you have your own, please bring it.
Bring a towel and plenty of water or sports drink to stay hydrated in the class.
Classes are free and donations to the instructor will be accepted at the event but are not required.

Will has over two decades of experience practicing yoga and meditation, teaching levels from beginner to a more advanced yoga practice.
