Refresh your mind and spark your creativity at our mindful wellness workshop, held Tuesday evenings.
Designed for anyone seeking a thoughtful reset—whether you're a parent, a busy professional, or simply craving intentional time for yourself—this workshop offers a refined, welcoming space to relax, recharge, and reconnect with your creativity.
For those attending solo, it provides an effortless, pressure-free setting to connect with like-minded individuals, where meaningful conversations and new connections unfold naturally.
For parents, our thoughtfully arranged space provides a gentle balance of independence and connection. Adults and children are guided in separate, nearby areas, allowing parents to enjoy uninterrupted creative time while still remaining close and accessible. Our facilitators work with both groups individually to create a meaningful and restorative experience for everyone.
Parents are welcome to bring one child (ages 5+) free of charge. Additional children may join for $10 each.

APRIL 28: Group Rotation Creativity - This is a curated creative wellness workshop combining shared art projects, a classic interval method which teaches attendees to let go of control and release tension.
Hosted in the spacious event space at Stafford Park in Wilton Manors (: 823 NE 28th St, Wilton Manors, FL 33334), this small-group experience invites participants to step away from screens and routines and into a calm, hands-on creative practice.
Using elevated materials and gentle guidance, the workshop focuses on presence and process rather than performance or artistic skill.
