ECSTATIC DANCE - CACAO CEREMONY - BREATHWORK - SOUND HEALING
Join us for the inaugural Fort Lauderdale Ecstatic Dance at Le Sound Temple.
About this Event
We’ll begin by arriving together with Ceremonial Cacao by Shamanic Tonic (@shamanictonic), followed by Breathwork with Vibration Integration (@vibrationintegration)to open the body, deepen presence, and prepare us for the dance.
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement journey where you’re invited to listen to your body, follow the music, and express yourself without choreography or expectation. There are no steps to learn and no dance experience is necessary.
We’ll complete our journey by slowing down and integrating together with a mini Sound Bath, allowing the body and nervous system to settle into stillness.

Please arrive with enough time to check in, settle into the space, and receive your cacao. We begin promptly at 7:30 PM, so early arrival is strongly encouraged.
ECSTATIC DANCE — 3 SIMPLE GUIDELINES
1. WE DANCE
Dancing allows us to connect fully with the ground. Socks are recommanded. If you have a physical condition that requires dance shoes, they are absolutely OK.
2. WE DANCE WITHOUT WORDS
We communicate through body language rather than conversation, making it easier for everyone to enter and remain in a meditative, embodied state.
There is no verbal instruction from facilitators during the dance and no talking between dancers on the dance floor.
3. WE DANCE AS WE ARE
This is a space to simply be yourself.
No drugs or alcohol. No phones. No cameras or video. No expectations. No judgments. No shoulds. No oughts.
Just be yourself — with respect for ourselves, the space, and one another.
WHAT TO BRING:
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and bring water. Come with an open mind, curiosity, and respect for the shared space.
No dance experience necessary.
Come move. Come breathe. Come connect. Come exactly as you are.
