All are welcome to a mystical and transcendental evening in our beautiful Grand Tapas Hall.
Michelle begins our evening by guiding us with Anuttara Hatha Yoga, saluting the sun and dancing with the moon.
Hatha leads to Raja.
Sean will carry us through a dreamy Anuttara Raja while Michelle plays different instruments that are woven throughout the room.
Handpan, flutes, Himalayan bowls, giant crystal bowls, gongs and more.
All to prepare us for an extended, immersive sound savasana.
