The winter months are cold and dark, but this experience, bathed in candlelight, offers you a cozy nervous system reset that appeals to all of your senses.
Participants will enjoy a delicious blend of gentle slow flow movements, supportive and nourishing restorative poses, and a deeply relaxing dip into nidra using a variety of props.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one, though extras and all other props are provided. Absolutely no experience needed – just your desire to feel warm, to breathe deeply, and to recharge and reconnect with yourself.
Register on Wellnessliving. Class limited to 10 and low enrolling classes (less than three) will be cancelled. Pay in person - cash or check ($20), Venmo ($21) or Square credit card (4.0% processing fee).
