The end of the year is a good time to reflect on all we can be grateful for: the people we know, places important to us, and talents we have. Sometimes, the commercialization of gathering, giving, receiving, can leave us sad, lonely, and overwhelmed. Join Sayde Alexandrescu, exercise program specialist, Marion Patterson, healing energy worker, and Lisa Hannigan, yoga instructor, for this workshop on ways to invite the light of Gratitude into the darkness of long nights.
Bring an image of yourself as a child, photo-sized or smaller. Drawing supplies will be available, also.
