Lunch & Learn: Strengthening Workplace Connection

Strong workplace relationships are consistently linked to improved wellbeing, performance, and retention. This 90-minute session will focus on how meaningful connections at work support emotional health, resilience, and a more positive workplace culture. We’ll explore what builds trust, what breaks it, and how to foster a sense of belonging in any role or organization.

All attendees will receive a copy of the Workplace Relationships guide. A working lunch will be provided.
