Please join Claire and Allan for an evening of Kirtan at The Yoga Life Studios, Eastbourne. Together we will be chanting mantras, mainly from the Hindu tradition, accompanied by Harmonium, drums and guitar.
This is a beautiful practice for connecting with yourself and dropping out of the busy mind and into the heart.
No experience of singing is needed, just an open mind. It is a non-judgmental space to come and sit, sing if you want to, dance if you want to, or simply be still and listen and feel the sounds and vibrations created.
Tickets are offered on a donation amount based on your financial situation.
We are running these events at a suggested donations between £10-£15. We want this practice to be open to everyone, regardless of finances so we offer a concession donation of £8 for those on a low income or unemployed).
If you feel you cannot pay the minimum suggested donation please contact us to agree an exchange. We don't want to exclude anyone from this practice due to finances.
