**An invitation to BE together in Truth, openness and honesty. This is Satsang **

For sincere seekers of Truth, I am offering a monthly space to sit together in meditation, move in truth (movement meditation), see and be seen, receive and be received by the sangha – an opportunity to remember who you are, feel and fully allow what is arising in honesty and to enquire into to the Truth of Reality.

When we gather together in this way the vibration of Love is amplified. Truth can be seen within yourself, questions can be clarified, misunderstandings can be realised and Love can be experienced as Reality, not simply as concept. It is deeply healing, nourishing and transformative.

'Silence' is both the way the goal of meditation. It is the wakeful consciousness aware of itself.
.
In the state of Silence we overcome the chatter of the mind, transcend thought, desire, fear and all mental activity.
.
This may seem a huge undertaking for the ego-mind as it has us believe we have to 'do' or 'fix' something for change to occur.
.
Yet, it is through the act of surrender, non-doing and non-thinking that change happens at the deepest level. We purify the heart, we transform, we unfold the layers of misunderstanding. The Real Self emerges and the ego, and all of its suffering dissolves.
.
Without the clouds covering the sun, we begin to shine as we are. This is the work we must commit ourselves to if we want to usher in the new world.

When we abide in our True Nature we can be of REAL service to the world and to others who are yet to discover Reality.
