You will leave feeling peaceful, connected, and full of gratitude.

• A yoga mat
• Props for comfort i.e. bolster, blankets, eye mask, small pillow
• Journal and a writing utensil
• Optional – a small offering to the earth
• Optional - your favorite oracle or tarot deck (I will also have one available for use)
