Streetsville United Church – Streetsville Join us for an uplifting afternoon of movement, healing, and community connection designed to awaken your body, mind, and spirit.

This unique wellness experience blends dance, yoga, meditation, energy healing, and sound therapy to help you release stress, move your body freely, and reconnect with your inner joy.

Together we will open the space with a welcoming wellness circle, then flow through an inspiring afternoon of:

The day will close with a beautiful community circle, allowing us to ground, reflect, and carry the energy forward.

You will also be able to explore local wellness vendors and soulful offerings, making this a perfect opportunity to discover new products, connect with like-minded people, and support small businesses.
