FREE Chair Yoga Classes in Cooksville, Mississauga

Attention Seniors!

Join Heart Comonos every Wednesday morning for our FREE chair yoga classes, suitable for adults and seniors.

These classes are perfect for seniors who are looking to get out of the house, move their body and maybe even make some new friends.

Additional information:

• Modifications will be offered for those with joint issues and physical limitations stemming from surgery or injury.
• Participants have the option of whether or not to use weights.
• Suitable for all levels.

All classes in this series are beginner- friendly. Any equipment that is needed will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water as needed. Come as you are - all abilities welcome!

Please arrive 15 minutes early for each class as all classes will begin on time.
