What to Expect:
🥾 A gentle easy to moderate, perfect for all experience levels.
🔔 A restorative sound bath led by a certified sound healer, using crystal bowls and chimes to immerse you in calming vibrations.
🌅 Quiet moments of reflection at a scenic overlook to honor the spirit of Earth Day.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy walking shoes
• A yoga mat or towel (required).
• A small backpack with water, snacks, and a light blanket or yoga mat for the sound bath.
• An open heart and a willingness to connect with nature.

Event Schedule:
10:00 AM – Meet at Worthwild in Chelsea
10:30 AM – Depart for the trailhead
12:00 PM – Arrive at the trailhead and begin the light hike
1:45 PM – Snack break at the scenic overlook
2:30 PM – Sound bath session in a peaceful clearing
3:30 PM – Conclude the experience and depart back to NYC
5:30 PM – Arrive back at Worthwild

Timing is approximate and depends on traffic and the group’s pace.
