Lovingkindness Sound Bath Meditation

This 1-hour meditation connects you to Divine love, empowering you to extend loving thoughts to yourself, loved ones, and even those you struggle with, promoting healing, inner peace, and deeper connection to the world around you.

Our meditation will be aided by live Solfeggio frequencies—ancient sound waves known for their ability to promote deep calm and well-being. Our sound artist will play these frequencies alongside beautiful crystal sound bowls, which add a rich, resonant quality to the experience.
