Dive into the raw and physical art of primal wrestling with Rrrob, blending instinct, movement, and connection. Whether you're new or experienced, this workshop teaches foundational techniques, safety, and strategies to make your primal wrestling scenes exhilarating and impactful.

🔎 What is Primal Wrestling?: Explore the basics of primal wrestling, a blend of physicality and power dynamics that taps into raw, instinctive energy.

✨ Foundations of Movement: Learn essential grappling moves inspired by Rrrob’s 15 years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience, focusing on fluidity, balance, and control.

💪 Dominance & Resistance: Discover how to safely incorporate struggle, resistance, and power exchange for dynamic and thrilling scenes.

🛠️ Body Mechanics & Leverage: Master the art of using leverage, positioning, and pressure to enhance control while reducing strain or risk of injury.

💖 Building Trust & Boundaries: Enhance your negotiation skills to establish safety, consent, and shared expectations for primal wrestling.

🧠 Cue Recognition & Responsiveness: Develop the ability to read body language and adapt to your partner’s signals, ensuring mutual enjoyment and safety.

⚠️ Safety Techniques & Risk Mitigation: Learn how to manage physical intensity, minimize risks, and handle accidental scenarios like taps or overexertion.

👫 Guided Exercises: Engage in partner and solo drills to build confidence, explore dynamics, and integrate new skills in a structured environment.

We are having a 2-part evening of learning and connection. Join the workshop for an in-depth educational experience, then stay for the jam to practice what you’ve learned in a supportive environment!

Workshop Format:

• Discussion and Practical Exercises: A mix of theoretical discussion and hands-on learning to build skills and understanding.
• Solo and Group Work: Participate individually or with a partner. Switch partners or stay paired to explore different dynamics.
• Dress Code and Interactions: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement (gym attire or kink-appropriate). Expect interactive exercises focused on grappling and physical play.
  This workshop is inclusive of all gender identities, sexual orientations, lifestyles, singles, and couples. All experience levels are welcome.

Refunds must be requested 7 days prior to the event. Doors open at 7:30 PM and close at 7:40 PM. Please be on time and text ahead if you are delayed.

Jam After the Workshop:
Stay for the jam session to explore primal wrestling in action. Use this time to practice, observe, or connect with the community. The space will be equipped for movement and interaction, and Rrrob will be available for guidance or feedback. Participation is encouraged but always at your comfort level.
