Join us for a heart-centered Earth Day evening of movement, music, and mindful restoration 🌱 ✨

We’ll begin with a 45-minute yoga flow led by Michelle Heller Good, accompanied by live harp music from Dre (Siren Gliss). Let your body unwind, release the week’s tension, and flow with the rhythms of nature.

As daylight fades, we’ll transition into deep yin postures and a harp and crystal bowl sound bath, inviting you to sink into stillness and realign your inner rhythm. The soothing resonance of harp and bowls will carry you into a meditative state of calm and gratitude.

Together, we’ll honor the seasonal shift — moving from motion to stillness, from doing to being — as we open our hearts to the beauty of release and renewal.

Bring water, cozy layers, and anything that helps you settle comfortably into rest. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, nourished, and connected. 🌙💛
