Did you know that group drumming reduces stress, strengthens the immune system and boosts fitness?
These two week, hands-on courses teach participants the benefits of playing percussion together. Learn to play the different Samba percussion instruments as a group supported by members of Valley Beats Samba Band. Choose January or February. If you can only make one of the two weeks please message us. Suitable for all adults, any age, any ability.
Also running Thursday mornings in Denby Dale.
