Join me Rachel Purdey, qualified Medical Herbalist, for this 1 day workshop where we will explore the use of herbal medicine for common women’s ailments such as Menopausal symptoms, heavy and/or irregular periods, reproductive health, mood swings, anxiety, sleep difficulties and digestive problems.
Knowing how to use plant medicines improves our health and wellbeing, empowers us to take control of our health and prevents chronic illness. I will highlight the most helpful herbs for treating women’s health, whilst examining how time-tested remedies can be used alongside modern healthcare approaches.
I will demonstrate how to make herbal tinctures and infused oils as well as how to use these beautiful oils to make medicinal ointments and beauty balms; helping you to build your skills in the art of herbal healing.
You will have the opportunity to sample a variety of herbal preparations and make your own herbal remedies to take home.
Ticket price includes all materials to make 2 products to take home, recipe handouts and light refreshments.
