Choice of two for one or single ticket.Come and share in a ceremonial drumming circle, open to both beginners and experienced players. For around 30 minutes, we’ll drum together—just long enough to awaken our bodies, steady our breath, and ease into a meditative rhythm that prepares us to receive the gongs.
I’ll have ten drums available for use (and also for sale), which you can view on my Merchandise page here. If you already have a drum you love, please feel free to bring it along.
With over forty years of drumming behind me, in many forms and traditions, I’m honoured to share rhythms that have been passed down through generations—beats that connect us, ground us, and open the heart.
Free parking at the Pathways studio but give yourself plenty of time to acclimatise if you haven’t been before.

PLEASE arrive 15 mins early for your session because you will need this time to settle. If you think you may be late please text me as we want to lock the doors at 7pm.

As your heartbeat lowers as you relax during a session, so does your core body temperature. Please bring your warmest blankets, duvet or even a sleeping bag as some often do! This will make your overall experience much more pleasurable.
Come and join us for this amazing 1 Hour relaxation. Not suitable for children under the age of thirteen, people with pacemakers and pregnancy in their first trimester.
