The dark months are over, the days grow longer, there is an INCREASING LIGHT and energy, the earth is waking up, flowers are blossoming and swathes of green bless the lands!

This is a potent time for TRANSFORMATION Our energy is building as we transition

from the inward time of Winter to the outward looking Spring

Spring Equinox is a time of increased energy + growth and a great opportunity to CLEAN out the heavy sluggishness that builds up over the Winter and CLEAR the mind of clutter and thought patterns that aren’t serving your highest purpose!
