About this Event

We’re hosting a special International Women’s Day gathering designed to celebrate women. This is a community event, created in collaboration with The Wellness Hub MCR × Kargo MKT, bringing women together in a supportive and uplifting environment.

What to expect

✨ Empowering Yoga Flow (45 minutes)

An empowering yoga flow with Carly suitable for all levels. This session is designed to help you feel energised and refreshed for the weekend ahead. No experience is needed, just come as you are.

✨ Journalling & Reflection (30 minutes)

A fun guided journalling session focused on intention setting and self-reflection. This is your time to pause and reconnect with what matters to you.

Carly, Founder of The Wellness Hub MCR, will also share her personal journey, from where she started six years ago to building a business. She’ll speak openly about manifestation, mindset, challenges, and practical tips you can take into your own life.

Why this event is special?

This event has been intentionally created to feel accessible, welcoming and empowering. To mark International Women’s Day, tickets are available at a special £5 Women’s Day rate. This ticket also includes a free coffee from Locale Coffee. Whether you come alone or with friends, this is a space to celebrate together.
